The man was charged with minor bodily harm and was held in custody longer than some of his attackers.
He allegedly had thrown a bottle and a sharp object at a bouncer, who suffered cuts as a result.
Two Serbian bouncers, Ivan Marjanovic and Aleksandar Kovacic, were ordered to pay a fine of €100 each after pleading guilty to assault charges and apologising to Albarjo in court.
The case of another Serbian bouncer, Petar Bajic, was adjourned to May after he pleaded not guilty to several charges.
Two other bouncers, Ryan Zammit and Riald Gragjevi, remain in preventive custody after being charged with causing grievous bodily harm to the man.
