Speaker suspends Schembri’s PAC testimony until court case concluded
Speaker Anġlu Farrugia ruled on Tuesday that Schembri’s testimony is suspended until a court decides whether his right to a fair hearing was violated.
Schembri’s lawyer asked for his testimony to be suspended after three PN PAC members asked the police to investigate the OPM former chief of staff for perjury.
